Inspection and Refund Process

After we receive your returned parcel at our warehouse, it undergoes a thorough inspection by our quality control team. You will be notified promptly of the outcome of this inspection. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 15 working days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the amount in your account, depending on their policies.

Non-Returnable Items

While we try to accommodate reasonable requests, certain items are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, and customization reasons. This includes worn or tried-on Nijaabs, personal care products, custom-stitched or personalized items, and any goods that fall under hazardous or perishable categories. Additionally, items bought during sales or through discount offers, as well as gift cards, are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, the best approach is to first return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately. This ensures faster service and a smooth experience without waiting for back-and-forth coordination. Please note that exchanges are only processed once the return has been approved and received.
